Delivery

Ground delivery is complimentary on US orders over $150. Rates for smaller orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout. Most in-stock pieces leave our house within two business days; made-to-order pieces include their timing on the product page.

Returns

Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Large pieces

Furniture and oversized items may ship separately. Our concierge confirms delivery details before dispatch when an appointment or signature is required.
